I'm not sure that is correct. Global electricity production from nuclear has been in decline for something like 15 years. Michael Dittmar's four articles on TOD cover this

I think they just mean that more people are thinking about it...not actually building it!

My money's on the Insurance industry...no-one can afford to insure Nuclear!
