When returning from a long day of work, it's hard enough mustering the energy to make a cup of refreshing tea. Imagine then having to continuously stir said cup of tea. One could possibly pass out from the strain. Luckily those clever chaps at Bluw have devised a way to avoid this exertion. Introducing the Self Stirring Mug.
No prizes for guessing what this little gem does. Press the button on the handle of the Self Stirring Mug to activate the tiny motor inside the bottom. Then watch as the propeller spins the contents, keeping your beverage lip-smackingly tasty to the last drop. Spiffing.
Haven't you ever visited someone who's very houseproud, but gives you a mug with the spoon left in? What the hell are you supposed to do with it? You can't put it down on the spotless coffee table, so end up trying to drink with a big lump of metal poking you in the face! This is a brilliant solution
Magnetic stirrers were standard equipment in my university chemistry lab, in the early 80s but the PTFE coated magnets were always in short supply. Too easily washed down the sink.
Of course they were prized as novelty coffee stirrers, provided you were happy using the cyanide (et al) impregnated magnets in your coffee.
Did you see the smoking mittens on that site. http://www.gadgetshop.com/ViewAll/Smoki ... /EPN333906
They have a hole between the fingers so you can smoke outside without getting cold hands. for those of you who smoke at home they could be well worth getting so you don't have to take your gloves off during those energy crisis blackouts. Can also be used for stigmata impressions. Not sure how you light your fags without removing the gloves though......
maybe i need to market a pair with a lighter on the end of the thumb
