Isn't there just? Don't forget it was Chaney who told the world that the American way of life was "non-negotiable". So naturally, if you follow their perverted logic, it's not America's rising demand and wastefulness (mind you, we Europeans aren't that much better, IIRC European demand is only slightly less than America's) that's the problem but all those developing countries who are to blame.
