There's also a recent uptick in new house builds in the US - most are of the larger variety, four bedrooms +.

This fits in with the funny money route idea.

And funny money also explains why the luxury car market is booming, even as the most fuel efficient manufacturers are struggling. Of course, the people who are buying are the ones who have drunk the kool aid...

even as I type my colleages are comparing their luxury vehicles :wink:

Yeah...Lamborghini recently sold four (the total production) $4,000,000 cars.
