The fact that its all so close and no ones really getting the public to understand , that the public don't want to understand , that the public are really like spoiled children in denial, pretty much confirms we are screwed to me anyway.

The denial really has been going on since carter, body's of adults minds like children, un-serious, a joke, pathetic, comes to mind.

I've learned from my experiences that people generally don't want to research this kind of stuff. They are way too busy with their own "thing", whatever that may be. It just didn't occur to them that reality "works differently", if you know what I mean. This is even true on the academic level. However, I believe that there are loads of people out there who are ready to swallow all the stuff in. We just need to figure out how to reach them efficiently.
Look, I had to search actively for information about the subject before I was completely "up to date".

I'm working on a game that 'simulates' the impacts of PO+CC, but to be honest the potential impacts that we are already seeing and the disasters that are occuring scares me, I often find that I need to watch a good zombie flick just to unwind (I wish I was joking)!

My game is here http://SaveTheSillyEarthlings.com and I even have a rule set for a card game version so no excusses (unless you don't have a pack of cards and a candle)!

What about 'Power to the People!' ;o)

And by this I actully mean putting in a massive effort into greener homes and energy, as I expect that once we start going downhill into post peak energy the cost of living is going to shoot up unless you have a nice green energy buffer to mitigate the impacts on our economy.

How are the north sea oil and gas fields doing at the moment?
