That the Haitian system has endemic corruption, people expect people in charge of things to be corrupt, theres corruption in the uk but in some country's its normal to have corrupt officials you expect to pay them bribes and they expect to be corrupt and line their own pockets .

Its pretty hard to change, its like expecting that you can make people more honest when its not in their personal interest to be more honest .

Yup I heard what she said small amounts accountability, still don't think it will work ,she says the country would do fine if people were not so corrupt and had bad leaders .

Shes not going to do anything about the core problem, which comes from the core values of the society .

And really why is she trying to change Haiti is she Haitian wouldn't she do better dealing with her own country's problems, same with her afghan friend surely he would do better dealing with afghan problems .
