Amen to that, alcohol sucks compared to the bud. First thing after society implodes I'm growing some herb with all those seeds I saved up :)

You've obviously never made a bucket bong out of a traffic cone and a bathtub. I'm still paranoid 15 years later.

They say an intelligent person knows how to solve problems that a wise person would know how to avoid... Think about it in the context of our society for a moment

Ah, the sativa strains can be very "heady" and hallucinogenic. Good for concerts and amusement parks. The indica strains are quite the opposite. Probably what the north american indians put in the peace pipe...

How about cultivate magic mushrooms?

I tried some earlier this year. Once the stomach ache had faded I felt really good. Like nothing mattered. There was nothing to care about. Life was bliss while I was on them

Can be very good stuff, but hard as hell to grow in quantity. To be reserved for weddings and funerals

Just be careful with the amounts, and don't *ever* mix them with alcohol. I had a friend who ended with a paranoid fear of the dark and great trouble sleeping for 6 months after mixing the two. Another had too many and got locked up in a police cell overnight after he was found screaming in the middle of a field on his own. Isolated cases, and it very much depends on your mental stability, where you do the trip and who you do it with. Just be warned, it can go wrong, and in the same way a good trip can be *really* amazing, a bad one can just as powerful in the other direction. Oh, and even picking them is now a Class A drugs offence, which seems a bit silly to me, but that's what the law says at the moment.
