hang it out to dry under my awning, then stuff it in my clothes cupboard. More like 40 minutes work than 4 days! Although it's only for one person.

Modern clothing is a lot simpler, and I suppose different materials mean that ironing isn't needed. But it shows that simplicity doesn't mean going back to "the good olde days".
Hey! Now that I like :)

It doesn't give as good results as a washing machine, but it makes you wonder if it's worth having such complicated expensive machine, and that there must be a simpler way without going back to the four day Victorian wash.

I can watch it but would like to save it as a resource too. I haven't manage to save clips from I player yet, which I can with most video on the net.

You've obviously never had to wash nappies / yucky baby clothes.

I looked up this item but it only seems to be available in America. Couldn't find any on Ebay (yet).

where did you get yours from?

I got mine from Waudby's, a caravan accessory shop, but it's not on their web site now. Googling "Wonder Wash" found a couple of UK suppliers who are out of stock, so I don't know what the current position is. Camping and caravanning shops seem to be the best place to find them. Watch out for Wonder Wash laundry balls, same name, different product!
