That could be a problem then, one assumes there isnt much in the way of fresh production coming onstream?

Even an garrulous tosser like Clark might occasionally run out of stuff to spew about yet another car (and an even more shíte one at that).

Most of Jezza's car reviews are 2 pages of funny stuff then a bit about the car. That's why they're so popular. Best I ever read was a full rant about foxes (took his chickens), and the final sentence was something like...oh, and the Nissan Shoebox is ****, buy a Jazz instead.

I've always liked him, since he said the Vectra was rubbish, and Vauxhall refused to let him test any more of their cars. Although he has perfected an act, he is far more original than most people on the telly.

I don't think he's into PO.
I just think he knows how much debt we are in and what happened in the '30s. A good depression is enough for most people to worry about,eh?
Despite the act, he is not an idiot.

So a comparison with Spain, who have both the energy source (wind) and the generating plant (wind turbines) isn't relevant.
But then Spain doesn't have any water, at least not the parts where most people live. And that's problematical...

It always worries me when I find myself agreeing with people on this forum...

I would modify that only slightly to say "nothing to do with oil peaking and everything to do with stupid, venal consumers in the US being preyed on by a stupid and venal financial system". Our collective comeuppance will be severe. I only hope I survive this one with my job. It's going to be very, very nasty :(
