No! Nothing happens at 1000 either, I afraid. Nor 1500.

New fashion term: the Recessionista! A fashionista who no longer spends silly money to look good :D
Then: An all-nighter at Boujis Now: Overnighter in Paris on Eurostar’s £42 Night Clubber trip

Then: Afternoon tea at the Ritz Now: A slug of rum in your Green & Black’s hot chocolate

Then: New shoes Now: New heels and soles for your old Jimmy Choos

Then: Redecorating your bedroom Now: Rearranging your bookshelves
I noticed a very trendy new Cobblers has opened in a prime site in York city centre...it's happening!

Fairly good, but accurate enough to say it's fallen by 0.5%, rather than the 0.2% that was expected?
You're not ... you're not, err ... err, suggesting that ... that... our government might be being less than, err, truthful are you?

Me, suggest the government might be less than truthful . All I was saying in this case is that I can't see how such a complex thing as the British economy can be analysed so accurately that a 0.5% fall instead of a 0.2% fall can be made such a big thing of.
