My mate Toby L'arone say's has curly-whirly hair and say's these puns are brought to us from mars by flying saucers.

You lot are brilliant. I read the off - Topic post from Andy and thought for a moment that he was being uncharacteristically serious - then I thought NO hang on this is ANDY - read that again! Duh! Got it!
So I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to think of a follow up! NOPE can't do it. Logged back in and WHOA..

The capital 'T' in Topic was the clue . . . I was trying to think of one for Toblerone but I just couldn't think of anything else. Came up with a really lame one for curly-wurly but couldn't bring myself to post it 'cos it really was weak!!
But Jim has come through and saved the day!!! Yay!!!
I love this place . . . madness.

Okay - so it took a google search to Boost my ability to Fudge my way into this thread, but before I cause a Ripple, I'd better take some Time-Out - perhaps a Picnic on the Milky Way? I've heard there's a Milky Bar there, and that it is the best place in the Galaxy for a Drifter to take a Twirl on a Double Decker.
Sorry! Best I could do! I still think the off Topic was the best! Caught me for a mo....

Now she's got back to the UK and finished unpacking her kit, Cat will probably be horrified to see that nothing has changed.

To broaden the scope for puns, it's not just sweets that are suffering from reduced pack sizes.
This is on the box of Sainsbury's Wholewheat Biscuits, their version of Weetabix

As the contents are a tight fit in the box, this seems like marketing speak for "we've reduced the contents, so we've made the box smaller so you don't notice"!We were the first to make our cereal boxes smaller

If every Sainsbury's customer recycled their cereal box, 750 tonnes of cardboard would be reused every year. That's the equivalent to 101 double-decker buses!
