Scythe competitions are normally run by scything a 5m x 5m square against the clock. If you have the grass for it ken, I'm quite happy to lend my scythe to others for the competition. I can do a workshop on scything on Saturday if you like, or could just show people less formally as and when... not that I am an expert you understand!!!!! I have read the scythe book though, so I know how it should be done in theory....

I was wondering about the usefulness of a spoddy kind of introduction booklet thing. Forum name - real name - breif description of interests, skill etc....

It might help those with similar interests or relevant skills meet up and chat in the limited time we have.
