A discussion on the oil price between JH and ? Duncan?, an ex-oil man. Asked where he thought oil prices would be a t the end of the year, he said (I think) 100 bucks. I thought that given everything we've seen over the last few years and considering the current situation I wonder what prompted his forecast?
