I don't know about Ruby but it seems to me as though the language is similar to Latin.

James, am happy to make a donation too, since it is such a worthwhile thing and would like to see it in use.

In fact make mine a 100, I am not rich, at all, but seems like this is one contribution I could make.

I have some mysql experience and also php if there are modules that need to be done and can be called from the ruby stuff.

I have a database as part of my web package and can add a database cheaply if you require a very quick and reliable data store for the lookups.

cheers

Me too.

I am trying to develop a site with similar aims for the North Cornwall Area www.TransitionNC.org, but your looks better and certainly more general.

If anyone here looks at TransitionNC, let me know what you think, leave a message on the site. cretique welcome. Thanks
What a shame, seemed quite promising, this human species.

Yeh, I'm sure I can stump up somesuch payment also. Let us know details of how to pay when you're ready.

The site's a great idea; I'd see myself more inclined to get involved with that, initially, than with TTs. Local Power is a more approachable alternative for some, I'd imagine.
