130.9 - diesel England
126.99 - barrel
128.9 - diesel Ireland

129.31 - It's the T.Boone effect. He appeared on TV, told everyone we'd never pump more than 85mbd and that the Saudis are lying about their spare capacity.

I'm no expert but I suspect that oil will fall back at some point.

Maybe only a little, and maybe not for long ... but this ultra rapid price increase is so steep that it is outrunning the capability of our economic system to respond.

Once the pain filters through, demand will fall a bit and so a price dip may result.

The December 2012 contract is up $6.23 today.
December 2015 is up $7.87

Belief in peak oil rises ;)

and 129.58 is the prompt month all time high.
