I thought the OIL-PRICE.NET window below was a real time indicator? Currently showing $99.72.
I have a ticker on my desktop that shows the Bloomberg price. It and the oil-price.net one are quite often different although they do tend to follow each other. I think the Bloomberg one up dates more often, but I'm not sure.

Bloomberg now 100.74. OP.net 99.74
Thanks for the update Sally. Have you got a link for the Bloomberg ticker?

It's a "Widget" (whatever that is) and I think it comes from Yahoo. I was given a link on another forum - which I no longer have. I have no idea how to get the link out of the ticker itself. There used to be a widget bar that went with this, but after the family loaded masses of widgets which we couldn't get rid of. . . . well we did eventually and now I just have the oil ticker thing. (It's in the shape of an oil drop ) I've just done a google search and mine's like this one except mine says via Bloomberg not Nymex.
