I have noticed an increasing number joining. I think some people find it frustrating that issues that had been "dealt with" are brought up again by people who are new to the issue, and have to be explained all over again. But I think this is an important role for a forum like this, and I'm pleased to see people joining. It's also scary - as the more people catch on and opt out of the consuming/pension-building/housebuying paradigm, the quicker we move towards a a point of change, and change can be frightening when you don't know which way things will go... I'm not even sure we know what the possible outcomes really are.

BTW does Pippa really moderate all the forums?

No I do not moderate on all the forums!!!! I am probably one of the least qualified in this place to do so. In fact I don't like my name plastered all over this place with the word moderator next to it.

I offered to help with a small amount of admin work on this board that is all.

Hope this clears up any confusion.

Jakell.
"Volunteer" is now a transitive verb, as in "You have been volunteered" :D

That's almost as good as "CanyerMothersew??" (spoken with Glaswegian accent).
