I’ve heard very mixed reports of this scheme. They are the ultimate corner cutters, one size fits all, keep the price down and get any incompetent subcontractor to do the actual work, and use the small print to hide when it goes belly up.

Reports that a major subcontractor for this scheme has gone bust leading to the scheme being shelves in London with over 1000 complaints about the service in the last year alone.
