What can we do to change the minds of decision makers and people in general to actually do something about preparing for the forthcoming economic/energy crises (the ones after this one!)?
I'd much rather have an MP that had virtues of integrity, sincerity, humility, compassion etc, even if they held different views to me on political issues.
Our local MP just takes the money.
He always votes for the default Conservative policy.

The question for Starmer is, "how long can he keep the rabid hordes of future Labour MPs that will occupy the house after a Labour win from tearing each others throats out?" Labour is as divided over Europe and many other matters as the Tories are only they have the advantage of being in opposition and not having to have any policies in writing. They range from Communist Lite to Tory Lite and Europhile to Europhobe with every combination of all those things. He has already probably lost London to the LibDems by saying that Labour won't be rejoining Europe. So, Good luck to PM Starmer!!

Hacked can mean lots of things as what and how much was "hacked" was not disclosed.
I would imagine any body with the ability to do this type of thing would

There is currently talk of 10-15% cuts across all government deparments. So hospitals and schools, already at breaking point and facing massive hikes in fuel bills, have to find real terms (not inflation-adjusted) cuts. Parliament is currently sitting...., they're not in recess...., he's elected and gets well paid to represent his constituents....
