OK...so some guy was posting in a facebook group, and claims to be looking for E-rated properties to do loads of free work on. Looked up our certificate, which says the house we are buying is an E, and says he can probably do wall insultation, solar panels and a heat pump - maybe £40K worth of work - entirely free.
Sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
