The answer to that question depends on what level of conspiracy nutter someone is. A full nutter would probably claim it was the Illuminati, perhaps our alien overlords (popular during peak oil days).

I'll take basic American business ignorance over impotent most any day of the week. Most powerful position in the world for a reason, and he hasn't even been able to stop the lawsuits from stopping him at nearly every turn. He is proving a concept I've wondered about for a long time, and that is how much a President can really affect much of anything, short term.

Hardly. You might have missed how we elevate black folks to President, I'm sure the Royal's by now have shown their interracial tolerance by installing a black prime minister? Indian perhaps? And there must be plenty of poor Royals around to show the good people of the islands what royal blood and bootstraps are worth?

I'll take the land of the free and home of the brave, backed up by a citizens right to object far more strenuously than the famed British Kitchen Knife Brigades who haven't even managed to get a black person installed in Royalty yet. One of a series I suggest you look at the others as well.

Of particular interest is the Edmonson (possible spelling error) strain of measles vaccine, which was discontinued in use in the US because it was dangerous. So the Americans, those nice magnamous US people, took this vaccine, which according to you has nothing wrong with it, to “help� the Yanomami in South America, where hundreds of thousands were killed by it. Good job there was nothing wrong with it. Just as the MMR vaccine, Trivirax, which was banned in Canada in 1988, was renamed Pluserix, and introduced into the UK in July of that year. The problem was that it caused anaphalaxys. Still, nothing wrong with that, eh?

I'd hardly call them the ruling family, more something for tourists to ogle. They are irrelevant to every day lives (unless you are a tabloid journalist looking to stir up shit).
