With negative interest rates, what'll happen to the premium bonds fund? They're down to an effective rate of around 1% already.

Money Week and Capital & Conflict are saying that there is likely to be a fundamental rehash of the economic and banking systems in the next few years to "save" those systems. We have them, or rather they impose them on us, every so often as it gets to the stage where it is obvious that the old system is not working. We had one after the second world war with the Bretton Woods Agreement which was as a result of the crash and depression of the 1920s and 30s when the system of that time was only saved by WW2.

The current system is slowly sinking under a mountain range of public and private debt so something will have to be done soon. Whether we will have a collapse before "they" get round to doing something, who knows? I expect that the inertia in the system and people's reluctance to do something that will precipitate a collapse will require the collapse before anything is done.

The Burning Platform: Conspiracy or Chaos

Personally I find the Chaos theory a far more realistic version of events.

I think that we have a group of psychopaths, the Bilderburgers and others, trying to control the world but they cannot control nature, which is chaotic to an extent, because it is just too powerful for us humans to control. What we are doing with our releases of pollutants, carbon dioxide in particular, is exacerbating the chaos of nature and that just brings forward the day when we are overwhelmed by nature.
