That is impressive as the insulation of the batteries and cables must be reasonably good. It depends, of course, on how long they have been underwater.

When adding pictures to the forum from hosting sites like www.Tinypic.com can you please use the "Resize for Message board to 640 x 480" option so that we can see the whole image and don't have to read the rest of the page using the scroll bar.

It makes a change for us. We usually get a short 'summer' here (we've earned it, sort of). But when the sun goes, it goes. Most weather here is overcast.

It's (perhaps) interesting to note that while there have been bad floods in France in the past, they've almost always been in January/February (and occasionally in March), not in May/June!
