No - not another shooting spree this time although in many ways this is actually worse

What do you mean "No"? The above post is a real event where real people died at the hands of a nut case.
There is no comparison to "shopper frenzied"

One one level, I agree...

Surely US voters won't support a man with such a hideous hairstyle.

I'd like to think that US voters have moved beyond voting for the candidate with the most popular hair style or the most fashionable beard.
There is so much to dislike about this buffoon that I never get around to his hair.

A petition calling for Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump to be barred from entering UK has passed 100,000, meaning MPs will have to consider debating the issue.
That would be a fun debate. However, I do not expect Cameron to get so overtly involved in US politics. Democracy is only for the little people.

Sometimes an American politician gives a good speech; John Kerry was pretty impressive today.

Some good sentiments but includes the phrase "before it's too late". No, that was Copenhagen, it is now 'too late'... or the goalposts are moving.

Also, no mention of agriculture. Worth watching 'Cowspiracy' documentary. There's too much focus on energy.

John Kerry Good? :P I can't bring myself to click on the link to see what you find so endearing. He has always been an A** and always will be.

In a few words, can you explain these two quotes from their website?
Animal agriculture is responsible for 18 percent of greenhouse gas emissions, more than the combined exhaust from all transportation.
Livestock and their byproducts account for at least 32,000 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year, or 51% of all worldwide greenhouse gas emissions.
...that is, why they say 18% and 51%? Seems a bit odd at first sight.
