Again socialist nonsense. The playing field does not need to be level for increased effort to increase your productivity. For your set of circumstances and resource availability your level of effort determines the outcome.
If you weed and water your garden you will get a better yield then if you do not and it doesn't matter that the land owner next door has more land and a better tractor.
You can collectivize the farms and try to level the access to resources if you want but that has been tried and always fails with the winners being those that tended their own food plots well.
