IMHO, your conclusions are premature.
I suspect that much of what you forecast WILL come to pass, but not as promptly as you expect.
It is well to be prepared for any near term problems though, just in case you are right and doom does indeed come as quickly as forecast.

World war 3 is regularly forecast to be just around the corner, and the dates of numerous such forecasts have passed with only localised conflicts breaking out, eventually though I fear that you are right.

I am fairly convinced that WWIII will not actually happen, it's just a "show" to get the people to accept a New World Order, or One World Government by choosing that as opposed to all out Nuclear War. There is no point in "war" when nobody has anything for anyone else to take anyway.

The main thing which makes me think it comes way earlier is the live testing of the EAMS? The American emergency broadcast system. If there was still a few years to go before implementation of mitigation, the systems component parts could have been tested and "repaired" without a physical "live" test. As it was it didn't work, large parts were not triggered, and since then there have been one or two live tests of the component parts which failed - such as some mobile telephone broadcasts/messages.

This particular thing is what makes me think that it is expected to be needed working properly fairly soon. Sure USA will see the brunt of the change first, but I feel the rest of the world will not be far behind - perhaps only month's, if that.

Something else which has caught my attention is the "blind eye" being turned towards the importation and sale of cheap two-way radio equipment world-wide.

Most countries, and the U.K. in particular, have always kept fairly strict control on this - but now one can pick up illegal walkie-talkies which can be tuned to any VHF and UHF frequencies for around £40.00 brand new from just about anywhere. I ordered one a few weeks ago and it is really an amazing little portable, but I have never seen anything quite so illegal just straight out of the box, with no request for licence and not requiring any modification whatsoever. It just does any frequency on transmit and receive at a full 4 watts as soon as one turns it on.

Such things have NEVER been so freely available, or at such low cost before, certainly not in the U.K., America has always been way less restricted though.

Up till now, all "Ham" radio gear has been locked down to transmit on only the legal frequencies, and some modification was required to get them to work on illegal frequencies. This is no longer the case, and the "illegal" equipment is being sold openly.

I thought about buying something similar but a 160m down to 70cm multi band transceiver. Australian sellers on ebay are still requiring a Ham Radio call sign but the ones from China or the US don't seem to require it. At the moment I have better things to spend on but this is definitely on the list.

That's quite some equipment you are talking about there - not cheap, nor as easy easy to get hold of still in the U.K. Ham licences etc required to purchase.

Seems like things are hotting up nicely with regard to the decline mitigation. I would imagine January will see a major increase in global weirdness, with city wide lock-downs and total shut-down of the unnecessary services and industry, with concentration on keeping farming and grid infra-structure going only, by the end of 2015.

Passenger travel will probably be amongst the first of the casualties.

We'll see what happens, things should become clearer as time goes on.

In any event, we should be quite comfortably warm, watered and fed for a good few years, provided the sheeple don't get belligerent enough to invalidate the plans I suspect are being put into action.
