Anyone ever had any dealings, or know any news, about these guys? They facilitate buying "debentures" (a bit like bonds) in proposed and existing renewable energy projects. I am contemplating dipping the Renewable toes in: in particular the Solar Schools project that's open at the moment. Two brains are better than none and all that.

I can strongly recommend them - they won our 'gold' Ashden Award this summer, and I was involved in visiting them and assessing their work. There's a 1-minute video and a case study (which I wrote) on our website:

Nice one! That's the idea with the minimum £5 investment, you can try it out at minimal cost to satisfy yourself that that their process works, and then put more in later. There's a short video we made about them here:
