He was a first class human being. MHRIP.

It's not that long since his wife (70 years married!) died.
I experience pleasure and pains, and pursue goals in service of them, so I cannot reasonably deny the right of other sentient agents to do the same - Steven Pinker

Thats a good marriage. My parents managed 66 years, 8 months. Exactly 2/3 of a century.

(11 years and counting... )

The OH's paternal grandparents beat the Seegers - they married when he was eighteen and she twenty. They died two years apart, each at the age 96. :D
