You want 'arty' . . . ? Here's one of me about 15 years ago!

I've had a shave since then, got at least one more chin, and ditched the silly hat, but apart from that, it's a reasonable likeness . . .

(Spotted the guitar in the background on your photo BTW Tess. There's no escape!! Go on - give us a rendition of "One Brown Mouse" then!! )

I'm not a great contributor, but in the interests of community spirit, this is me (on the left) with the lads at the disgracefully petrol-headed Goodwood Revival:

Here I am. I would like to point out that I do not usually dress like in tweed though.

Nor do I always make sure my tie matches the upholstery.

Ever seen "Angel Heart"? You remind me of Robert deNiro as Louis Cipher in that film!!

Hi Hatchelt

We've been out in the woods again today campaigning hard.

Stopped at one point partly for a break and also so that we could have a good look around and see if there were any hu mans cutting down trees anywhere today.

Managed to get quite a nice picture of Piglet on the look out.

There were a few workers around, mostly clearly up the mess they made chopping down last week. They were making bonfires with the twigs and leaves.

They have cut down one of your favorite trees; the one which had the enormous bees nest in it! Now thinking of ways we can slow them down. Might get Tigger to scare them! What do you think?

Hatchelt

Something bad is happening here. We're all getting quite scared. A really reallly big machine has turned up this morning along with alot hu mans. Everyone is shouting and waving their arms about. We all lost it for a while and couldn't help but stampeed until we all ran out of breath. Piglet was squealling, I was shouting very loud and bucking and swishing my tail, Kanga was all over the place and made Ru sick he was soo bouncy.

When we calmed down it occurred to us that maybe Christopher Robin could help.

This is the problem, we couldn't find him and now we realise he hasn't been around for about 6 months in fact since you left.

Is he with you?

Please answer as quickly as possible.

So how much energy is needed in a lifetime of shaving? And if you don't use an electric razor there's still the energy cost of mining, manufacturing and transport of razor blades.

"superfluous body hair." - that's an oxymoron in my book

I'll be back with a pic soon and can I say to Ian, thanks for starting such a lovely and much needed thread.
