Imagine switching a trillion to subsidising renewables...
Mind you, a trillion is peanuts/chicken feed/small potatoes/a trifle compared to the amount of subsidy the nuclear industry has received simply to exist.

I admit to getting a subsidy for our Solartwin.
I would have bought it anyway, some time later.
The weather was cold and really windy yesterday - but we got absolutely loads of hot water from it.
