This is awful. The Green Deal has been around for months but I've no idea how one actually uses it.

It's still at the consultation stage, Candy. The Greening Campaign are running a series of meetings to explain it and to gather comments from interested parties so that they can make representations.

Thanks Ken. I jalouse the whole thing relies on individuals taking the initiative by coming forward to get their places kitted-out. And on the energy companies to respond with money (albeit temporary, in the form of loans). Why does this fill me with the feeling that it's not going to work?

And the nearest they get to me is Harrogate. Too Posh!!
