How can they differentiate the effect of 0.75degC/100years on their ecosystem and the effect of their population increasing by x8 and 80% deforestation over the same period?

I smell a 'let us blame the foreigner so that he will give me money' Ugandan reality there.
Of course the Ugandan farmer does not notice a 0.75degC/100years change! But they have seen their climate change. It's not the global average warming that concerns them but the reality of their ability to grow crops in the way they used to.

So this global warming that 'everyone takes for granted' is really just 'local conditions caused by massive deforestation' then?

Glad we got that cleared up.
