That bloody oil bourse, again

Post by martinezhockley »

Did anybody notice this? http://irannewsblog.blogspot.com/2006/0 ... -next.html
It says 'ere that it's about to go ahead. No nukes, yet though. Here's what I think: all the noise about Iran building up nuclear capability was to sidetrack us all from the search for a compliant leader in Iraq, one who wouldn't pay too much attention to his mates in Teheran, and so we wouldn't notice the PSA's being signed and the plunder beginning. re: www.antiwar.com Grand Theft Babylon by Ann Berg

It's all about Iraq and it's booty, always was and will be for a very long time. If the sanctions applied from on high (UN) restrict sale of gasoline to Iran (who doesn't have enough refining capacity for itself) the citizens will feel the pinch. Which is a classic US method to stir things up ready for regime change, so they can then get there hands on Iran's booty, too.

The oil bourse is not the great big evil thing it's been painted as. It's not a big enough deal for Bush to worry his pretty little head about. If they can plan to live in and exploit Iraq during it's ongoing civil war, while petrol bosses sit within the fortified walls of the world's largest US embassy currently under construction, then why should they care who's dealing in Euros or rubles?

And what are the US planning to do with the four military superbases that they are supposedly planning around Iraq? Aren't they pulling out to let Iraq govern itself???
