What can we do to change the minds of decision makers and people in general to actually do something about preparing for the forthcoming economic/energy crises (the ones after this one!)?

Everybody aware of the opportunity to contribute to the Dept Trade and Industry Energy Consultation?

In the online response form there are ten section each of which we are invited to write up to 750 words. Adds up to quite a thesis.
Closing date is 14th April.
