On what day will the price of oil close at $70/barrel or higher

Contract is spot month NYMEX WTI future
Price basis is closing

40 week moving average shows pretty steady $15 per 12 months rise since Jan'04 which would take the MA through $70 around Sept/Oct so in order to push it there we should break a $70 close on say Aug 12th

My bid - the glorious 12th August

but of course hostorical data is no indication of future performance...
