Nissan opens order book for electric Leaf

British buyers can now place orders for Nissan's electric Leaf hatchback.

Customers can sign on at www.nissan.co.uk/LEAF, and pay a refundable £257 deposit to be among the first to buy the £28,990 car, whose price drops to £23,990 as a result of a government incentive.
