Prime Minister writing on climate change

What can we do to change the minds of decision makers and people in general to actually do something about preparing for the forthcoming economic/energy crises (the ones after this one!)?

Dear Reader, our excavations in the ruined libraries of the area once known as Britain have revealed very little. The Global Warming of the 21st and 22nd centuries and the associated massive flooding have wiped out almost all the paper based documents of that time. We have located just a single legible fragment from the ruins of this library in the newly drained London area. The language is clearly archaic English, but we can only guess at what important message the document contained.

I am placing copies of this letter in the Libraries of the House.

yours sincerely,

The real circle that has to be squared is acting climate change while keeping the folk who moan every time the government acts happy.
