There's a lot of good info on other EU sites too. I've been using the transport section in particular for stuff on my MSc.

Is it bad to have more faith in the EU than our own government?

Because it seems to be looking in good directions these days, saw a nice article about how they were looking into making better use of the water ways to move goods around and the MEP tabling a peak oil motion.
