It's hard to say for sure - I'd accept the possibilty that Jewish people ARE bad with water conservation, although personally I'm doubtful that they are any more so than the average gentile. Comments like "I hope we aren't invited" referring to Jewish new year I think are silly and there is a definite undertone of antisemitism to them. The whole smug liberal "Palestinians good, Israelis bad" agenda is something I've always found pretty distasteful.
