Best program on PO and the future for years.
It needs to be made into a DVD and distributed like "The End of Suburbia" was. It might wake up a few people.

Hehehe. It was very inspiring. You'd enjoy it. It will no doubt be on iPlayer for a while though. Where are you currently Mr Journeyman?

For every complex problem, there is a simple answer, and it's wrong.

Good stuff!
There are not many positive Peak Oil films about -- this one is great.
The Soil Association conference that was filmed is also available as mp3's:

It make such a change to see something on TV that is actually worth watching!

I know Pedwell well. Well you could always swing by here for a watch of the program. How long are you in pedwell for? I could drop a laptop into you on my way past with it already downloaded on Monday morning and pick it up that evening. I have to go to Taunton on Monday.

This programme was fantastic Definately the most useful and positive film I've seen on the subject. Needs to be a DVD and given to every agricultural college, NFU meeting and beyond.
Interesting the comments in it about cereal crops, the cereal systems outlined in Fukuoka's One Straw Revolution could fit the bill surely?

One of the first, if not the first, was the BBC's Money Programme in November 2000 ("The Last Oil Shock"). It introduced PO to me.Adam Polczyk wrote:Am I correct in thinking that this was the first Peak Oil related documentary to be shown on UK terrestrial TV?
If so then this was a historic moment.
