Another PDF, another 5-year plan, another 'Initiative', more 'legally binding commitments'.

Just more bollocks.

Things will only change when Bacton gets blown up or when Russia has a 12-week sulk in the middle of a cold winter or when an oil tanker is sunk or when Saudi's population revolts.

THEN we will see action: Draconian rules enforced by the Powers That Be on us mugs ... with many of your neighbours putting on Energy Warden uniforms and making your life a misery.

"Send out an armed snatch squad to 39 Acacia Avenue. The neighbours have reported that they have THREE light bulbs turned on!"
