What can we do to change the minds of decision makers and people in general to actually do something about preparing for the forthcoming economic/energy crises (the ones after this one!)?

True - Cleverly is the only one that vaguely resembles a relatable human being...
But he doesn't seem to be the sharpest and has no momentum - still stuck on the same 21 votes he had after round 1.
