A quick way of making kindling

We've been making all our own kindling with a froe and offcuts from chainsawing logs for several years now, and I've *finally* got round to making a video of how to do it - the magic ingredient is an old bike inner tube!

In a similar vein I've fixed a car tyre to my chopping block and fill it with logs which I then chop. Saves a huge amount of time and effort.

Yes, I've seen someone doing that on a YouTube video, it looked quite useful if you have a lot of chopping to do - must try it myself some time.
