Motor armature rewinding/rebuilding.

For a low voltage high current motor. Not usually done in the UK as costs do not compare well with a new replacement motor. More worthwhile at low wage rates and with an absence of safety rules.
There are UK firms who do this sort of thing but only worthwhile for old or vintage equipment for which spares are no longer available.

No consideration given to the heat treatment of the splined shaft, and probably sold as Refurbished via eBay to an unsuspecting European farmer.
