Anyone know about this Permaculture course in Cantabria?
It's called "FIGHTING FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVING"
And aimed at young people. All funded apparently with just a contribution being made to flights.
My daughter is interested, but we can't find much more info. There are some typos (not corrected) on this... eg dates are actually 17th-31st July.

I would be very interested to know if any of you have any knowledge of this course or the environment in which it is being run.
Many thanks.
Sally

Hi, keela.
I think the contribution is about £100 all in, which is still very good.
I'd give P.UK a ring, as theyre one of the main orgnaisers.

Good luck.

Thanks for this.
I did try ringing the Permaculture Association last week, but got no reply. Will keep trying.
There isn't much information available about it, and she's wary of heading off on something that might be poorly run. We'll keep trying to find out more, because if solid, it would be a great opportunity for her.

Thanks, we got more info and some positive feed back, and so my daughter is going to go ahead... Hopefully it will live up to expectations - it seems to be in a lovely part of the world if nothing else.

Just to say both my younger daughters went on this course along with a friend's daughter. They had a great two weeks.

That's great, Sally. There are some very good Permaculture courses around and some really great venues and proven institutions now.
