This process has net negative carbon emissions, removing a half of a kilogram of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere per kilogram of alcohol produced in a complete lifecycle analysis.

I suspect that this product is only carbon negative if you store it forever.
Once consumed the carbon contained in the vodka would be metabolised in carbon dioxide in the exhaled breath, or possibly be converted into fat reserves in the body, these being returned to the atmosphere during weight loss, or after death.

Yes but it will stimulate growth and through photosynthesis take CO2 out of the air and incorporate it into the soil.
And besides the neighbor lady might enjoy the view.
