EU targets

Excellent news from the EU. Ok, it's still not enough but this is a step in the right direction and shows the EU is so much more worthy of our respect than our own UK government, which just can't seem to take global warming seriously.

The 95% by 2050 target is what gives us a sporting chance of limiting warming to 2 degrees (which is too high a probability for too high a target anyway).
