Excellent idea!

Apparently in Germany you can sponsor weather events. There was a case a couple of years ago when BMW sponsored a cold front that turned out to have some devastating consequences for Central Europe.

Never was sure about that old adage that "all publicity is good publicity"!

There's several times over the years that weather forecasts on Irish radio have been sponsored by car dealers, so such connections are not new.
