If Paul Beckwith is right this could make a dramatic impact on the ice.

That particular link is wreaking havoc on my ipad. Anyone else having problems when scrolling? It causes safari to crash.

Shows the origins of the warmer air. From the north, it goes a long way south before heading to the pole again..
