I couldn't get over the shock of one of the McWerter twins on Roy Castle's Record Breakers turning out to be a fascist! Patrick Moore...perhaps fame does everyone's head in?

I think both of the McWhirter brothers were quite right-wing. Ross was assassinated by the IRA after foolishly offering a bounty on their heads, and Norris was a founder (with Ross) of The Freedom Association.
